The Paz Group is Israel's leading energy corporation and currently provides about a third of the country's kerosene product consumption. The Group specializes in distilling, producing, storing, importing and marketing fuel distillates, and owns a refinery in addition to fuel product storage and delivery stations, as well as a chain of hundreds of gas stations, convenience stores and retail centers. 

Throughout its 90 years of operation, the Paz Group has been striving to provide high quality services that align with its customers' changing needs. For this purpose it has made an effort to make accessibility adjustments that are reflected in its interface points with its customers including its digital assets such as paz.co.il.

Accessible customer service

The Group emphasizes accessibility in providing its services and promotes it as follows:

  • Accessible service training: during the next few weeks, our customer service team will be provided with training and instruction sessions covering the different aspects of accessibility, in order to increase their awareness to accessibility principles and provide them with tools to deliver accessible service. 
  • Accessible call center: the information on our telephone answering service has been recorded without any background music and in clear language.
  • Accessible alternatives for contacting us: our call center can be contacted through accessible alternatives that include a contact form, fax number 09-8641714, and the e-mail address pazcustomer@paz.co.il. When using them, contact information should be provided so that our call center can get back to the customer.
