Nir Sztern - CEO of the Paz Group
Nir Sztern joined Paz in 2020 as the Group's CEO.
Prior to joining Paz, Nir Sztern served as Cellcom's CEO for 8 years.
He also formerly served as CEO of NetVision, Deputy CEO of Pelephone and VP at 013 Barak.
Nir Sztern holds a BA in Economics and Management from Tel Aviv University and an MBA from the Israeli branch of the University of Manchester

Mr. Uri Kahalon - Vice President of Real Estate and Operations
Mr. Uri Kahalon joined Paz in 2010 and serves as vice president of real estate and operations. He also serves on the boards of directors of several Paz subsidiaries. Previously Mr. Kahalon was Deputy Head of the Banking Division at Bank Leumi, responsible for marketing and for the bank's retail customer line. He was also on the Board of Directors of Leumi Card. Mr. Kahalon has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.

Mr. Israel Klepper - Vice President of Wholesale
Israel Klepper joined Paz in 1981 as a general worker and has served in several positions over the years, including Northern District Manager, Manager of the Keshet gas stations Unit, Senior Deputy Vice President for Real Estate and Business Issues and Human Resources Manager. During 2010 he was named Vice President of Wholesale and Trade, which includes responsibility for the Paz Group's Pazomat. During 2018, in addition to his role as VP of Wholesale and Trade, he was appointed CEO of Paz Aviation Services, CEO of Paz Aviation Assets.
Mr. Klepper holds a bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, a bachelor's degree in Law and an MBA. He is also a graduate of the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology's diploma program in Human Resources.

Yifat Fogel - Adv. Deputy Managing Director, Chief Legal Counsel, Company Secretary

Einat Shahar Yatziv - VP Human Capital and Administration
Einat joined Paz in 2010 and has served as Human Resources Director for the past 9 years.
In April 2020, Einat was appointed VP of Human Capital and Administration of the Paz Group, and now manages the Group's human resources policy and coordinates the promotion and cultivation of human capital.
Einat has 20 years of experience as an HR manager in the insurance and capital markets.

Amit Carmel - CEO of Paz Ashdod Refinery
Amit Carmel joined the Paz Group in 2008, and has since served in various positions, including as Director of Commercial Operations, Procurement and Contractors Director, VP of the Refinery and Acting CEO.
Amit has an LLB in Law from Tel Aviv University.

Reuven Yehoshua - VP Sales and Station Management
Reuven Yehoshua joined Paz in 2020 as VP of Sales and Station Management. Prior to joining us, he held a range of leading executive positions in various market sectors. These include CEO of Max Stock, CEO of Electra Trade, CEO of Soglowek Trade and VP Sales at the Soglowek Group.
He also serves as the director of the organized channel sales at Tnuva and the director of sales for business customers at Pelephone.

Shlomi Fruhling - VP Finance and Business Development
Shlomi Fruhling joined Paz in July 2020, and also serves as a director of Paz subsidiaries.
Prior to joining Paz, Shlomi served as CFO at Cellcom for 7 years.
He also previously served as a VP at Discount Investment Company Ltd., and VP Strategy and Business Development at 013 Netvision Ltd.
Shlomi Fruhling holds a BA in Economics and Business Administration from the College of Management in Tel Aviv.

Moti Kirschenbaum - VP Digital and IT
Moti Kirschenbaum joined Paz in July 2020. Before joining us, Moti was the CIO of Strauss Water company (Tami 4).
Prior to this, he led the BI & CRM units at Teva Pharmaceuticals, and was a project manager at Amdocs and Intel.
Moti holds a BA in Information Systems Engineering from Ben Gurion University and an MBA from Tel Aviv University.

Ofir Inbar - VP Marketing and Commerce
Ofir Inbar joined Paz in 2020 as VP Marketing and Commerce. Prior to joining the Group, Mr. Inbar served as Managing Director of Retail Brands and Marketing at Super-Pharm for 7 years.Before Super-Pharm Mr. Inbar was a senior manager in the Marketing and Sales division of Procter & Gamble in Israel.
Mr. Inbar holds a BA in Economics and Philosophy from Tel Aviv University.
