DOT is responsible for managing and maintaining the operating inventory of the fuels, crude petroleum and petroleum products that are owned by Paz.

The Company's Area Of Activity

•	Purchase of fuel products that are required for Paz's marketing network and itscustomers The products are purchased in two manners: 1. From a local supplier - Israel oil Refineries Ltd. 2. Imports from suppliers abroad by way of the Haifa and Ashdod ports
•	Contacts, agreements and settlements of accounts with the policymakers at the various government ministries and at the Fuel Administration, as well as with the energy sector infrastructure companies such as Petroleum and Energy Infrastructures, Eilat-Ashkelon Petroleum Pipeline, "Pi Gliloth" and - Israel oil Refineries Ltd.
•	Operational management of Paz's storage and issuance facilities in Haifa
•	Initiation, expansion and strengthening of the ties with international petroleum and trade companies in order to create a framework of cooperation in various fields, including, among others, trade in crude petroleum and petroleum products on international markets
